TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully, any reference to ‘the Company’ shall be taken as DESIGNER 12 LTD.
Goods will be invoiced at price ruling on the day the order is received. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Pricing will vary for each product subject to finish and detailing. VAT is not included in trade prices or quotations but where applicable will be shown on order confirmation and invoices.
Payment terms are strictly pro-forma or 30 days from date of invoice subject to your account terms being approved, all payments must be made no later than the end of the month following the invoice date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer. Please note Cheques must be cleared prior to despatch of order. Payment to be in (GBP) sterling unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend by written or verbal notice any order or part order without liability, if deemed fit or necessary. We hold full retention of title until goods are paid for in full.
All finishes and bespoke product colours illustrated on the website are for guidance only and may vary from item to item due to the nature of our products. You may also get colour variation between dye batches compared to samples and orders that are placed at different times. You must request a stock cutting when an exact colour match is important.
All lead times are estimated only and are given in good faith. The Company will not be liable in any circumstances for the consequences of any delay in delivery or failure to deliver.
Prices listed are Ex-Works and are subject to the cost of additional freight, packing, insurance, documentation and all associated export costs. Our sales team will quote these details upon request.
CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS OF ORDERS
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted after written approval from the Company. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of an order if it has been partly or wholly made, or alternatively to claim from the buyer the cost of work completed. Amendments to orders must also be agreed by the Company in writing and are subject to the same conditions covering cancellation.
If you wish to return this product please consult your original point of purchase as we are unable to accept returns from third parties. Your retailer can then advise you on whether the product meets returns criteria and arrange return if applicable. Goods will only be considered for return within 14 days of our delivery date and a minimum handling charge of 15% will be made. If the goods and/or packaging are not in perfect condition we reserve the right not to issue a credit or to charge up to 100% of the value of the product. Product must be packaged either in its original packaging or suitably protected so that it cannot be damaged in transit. We will not consider for return any product that has not been returned with adequate packaging.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or amended after production has commenced. We are unable to accept a request for return of special or bespoke products unless they have a manufacturing fault accepted by our technical department.
Claims for visible damage for example caused in transit must be received within 3 working days of receipt of the order by the dealer.
